Suzanne Juzwik, MA, BCBA, LBA

Suzanne Juzwik is the founder of Innovation Moon and an advocate for ABA business owners. With over 20 years of experience in the ABA/IDD field, Suzanne has worked in various settings, including home-based services, clinics, and schools.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she leverages her expertise in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to help ABA entrepreneurs streamline their operations, improve profitability, and lead with confidence.

Suzanne’s work is deeply inspired by her daughter, Sophie Moon, who has profound autism. Sophie’s journey has shaped Suzanne’s commitment to fostering compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care within ABA businesses. Suzanne is passionate about helping ABA businesses not only succeed but also maintain the highest standards of care.

Sydney Sherman, MS

Sydney Sherman joined Innovation Moon in September 2023, bringing a strong desire to gain hands-on OBM experience to complete her fieldwork requirements. Sydney works closely with clients on a range of key business areas, including employee engagement, turnover, retention, marketing, learning & development, and process improvement.

Her focus is on helping ABA businesses build stronger, more motivated teams while driving improvements in their operational processes.

With her expertise in business optimization and people management, Sydney ensures that clients receive tailored support to help them retain talent, foster growth, and improve overall business performance.
